Finlands Rotary Membership Database System
Clubs have individual passwords for upgrading the system.

If you have lost the username and the password of the club, please contact Rotary Office of Finland .

RI Member Access
Each member of a Rotary Club can open an account in Member Access and sign in using personal passwords. Club Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers and Foundation Committee Chairs have special rights for services in the Member Access Portal.

In the beginning of the Calendar Year 2012 the FR Membership Database System and RI Member Access was connected to each other’s, so that all Club and Membership data updates passed through the Finnish System to RI Member Access. Because of that CLUB DATA MUST NOT BE UPDATED IN THE RI SYSTEM, all membership and club data must be updated in the SR Membership Database System.
Governors and Governors-elect can scroll the information regarding the Clubs in their individual districts.
